Adam Dziedzic

President of the Board

A graduate of Tilburg University in the Netherlands - MSc Organization Studies (spec. Sustainable Development) and BSc Global Management of Social Issues. He mainly specializes in the issues of sustainable development, international relations and the functioning of international organizations. He gained professional experience, among others in the Foundation Heinrich Boll and the EY Academy of Business. He has been associated with the UN for 10 years - in 2013-2018 he has repeatedly coordinated a number of projects in the field of the UN 2030 Agenda, simulation of UN sessions, social and civic activity and the role of international organizations in today's globalized world.

Weronika Szyszka

Vice President of the Board

Lawyer, graduate of the University of Silesia. In the years 2019-2021, Coordinator of the Agenda 2030 program: Poland for Sustainable Development at UNAP. She was actively involved in student activities, inter alia, by acting as the chairperson of the Scientific Society for International Public Law and European Law "Ius Gentium". Member of the Polish delegation to the 4th European Parliament of People with Disabilities. She actively participated in the 36th and 37th sessions of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe as a youth delegate. He is currently completing his advocate training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Magdalena Kania

Vice President of the Board

She graduated from international relations at the University of Economics in Krakow, specializing in politics and international communication. She gained practical experience, among others as Coordinator of the Logistics Team during the largest international conference simulating the UN sessions in Central and Eastern Europe, and as the President of KN SE Universum. In the years 2019-2020, Project and Development Coordinator at UNAP.

Tomasz Biernacki

Vice President of the Board

A graduate of law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He has been associated with the debates, the United Nations and international relations since 2014. Participant, coordinator and organizer of over 15 conferences simulating the sessions of the United Nations. He chaired committees several times, most often the Security Council. He gained experience in one of Krakow's law firms and as the Chairman of WRSS at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. He is interested in international law, human rights and broadly understood civic activity.

Mikołaj Sołtysiak

Member of the Board

Studiował na Uniwersytecie Ekonomicznym w Krakowie. Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywał m.in. w krakowskiej kancelarii prawnej czy podczas pobytu w Brukseli w Parlamencie Europejskim. Ma również bogate doświadczenie aktywności społeczno-obywatelskiej, zorientowanej m.in. na działalność edukacyjną i studencką z zakresu stosunków międzynarodowych. Prezes KN SE Universum w latach 2019-2020. W UNAP od 2018 r. 

Małgorzata Biszczanik

Member of the Board

Studiowała prawo na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim, na którym od początku była zaangażowana w działalność kół naukowych związanych z prawem europejskim, prawami człowieka, prawem konstytucyjnym i porównawczym. Prelegentka

na licznych konferencjach naukowych, krajowych i międzynarodowych. Naukowo zajmuje się kwestiami antydyskryminacyjnymi, prawem konstytucyjnym porównawczym oraz prawem wyznaniowym, w szczególności w zakresie dyskryminacji ze względu na religię oraz w zakresie ograniczania praw człowieka z uwagi na środki nadzwyczajne. Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywała współpracując m.in. z UNESCO, NOHA oraz UNIC. Obecnie związana z renomowaną Kancelarią Drzewiecki, Tomaszek i Wspólnicy. Od grudnia 2019 do sierpnia 2020 odpowiadała za fundusze oraz współpracę z partnerami w UNAP.

Martyna Krzysztofińska

Debate, Diplomacy, Dialogue

She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, combining her interest in human rights and European Union law in her master's thesis. A graduate of the English-language specialization in International Organizations as part of the Academy of Young Diplomats of the European Academy of Diplomacy. She gained international experience by studying at the Panthéon-Assas University in Paris and completing an internship at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Brussels, where she co-organized and participated in numerous official events at European level, incl. on migration policy, the rule of law and the protection of human rights activists.


Kinga Bielecka

Debate, Diplomacy, Dialogue

A linguist by education and passion, fluent in English, French and Italian at the communicative level. A graduate of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw. He is interested in intercultural relations and ecology; is an enthusiast of the current plain language, i.e. simplifying communication in the public sphere. She experienced total immersion in a foreign culture while living in France after her studies. Currently, she is professionally associated with the BBC, combining business with a passion for intercultural relations.


Karolina Gajęcka

Agenda 2030: Poland for Sustainable Development

She studied international relations at the University of Wrocław, fascinated by foreign policy, especially diplomatic issues. She gained experience during professional practice at the Honorary Consulate of the Kingdom of Spain in Wrocław. Member of the 2nd term of the Children and Youth Council at the Ministry of National Education in 2017-2018. A graduate of the school of leaders Collegium Nobilium Opoliense. In the past, she was associated with the activities of the Anne Frank Polska organization. He is fluent in English and Spanish. In his spare time, he is interested in Spanish culture, a healthy lifestyle and traveling.

Marta Skobel

Program Coordinator

Agenda 2030: Poland for Sustainable Development

A graduate of international relations at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. He specializes in diplomacy and consular relations. During her studies, she took up a volunteer job at the conference "Climate change in Poland", the event was organized by the United Nations Information Center in Warsaw. She took an active part in the Youth Climate Council consultations concerning the Leaders' Summit on climate. He is interested in human rights, international politics and ecology. Committed to promoting knowledge about the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.


Natalia Stasik

Coordinator of the Ambassador Program

Sustainable Development

As an active debater, in 2018 a nationwide tournament of Oxford debates, organized by the Ministry of Justice. She participated in 7 MUN conferences as a delegate with numerous awards, the head of the committee or the only representative of Poland at WIMUN 2019 in New York. She is a scholarship holder of the SAPERE AUSO project of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw and a titled participant in national and regional competitions in philosophy and the English language. She gained experience in managing social projects, among others, as an initiator and coordinator of the Granlingual project - an English language school for seniors, and through her activity in Amnesty International.

Katarzyna Smętek

Poland in the United Nations

She studied at the Jagiellonian University and SciencesPo in Paris. From an early age involved in the processes of the United Nations and the international debate - took part in numerous simulations MUN and several sessions of the EYP In addition, she took an active part m.in . in the High Level Meeting on Climate and Sustainable Development organized by the President of the UN General Assembly in New York in March 2019, the Climate Summit in Abu Dhabi in June 2019, the Youth Climate Summit in New York in September 2019 and the Paris Peace Forum in November 2019. She is also one of the organizers of the Conference of Youth in Katowice and the initiator of the Youth Climate Council, which will serve as an advisory body at the Ministry of Climate.

Alexander   Krzykawska

Human Rights: Active Citizen

Multiple speaker at conferences at the national and international level, presenting issues related to the subject of human rights. She gained organizational experience, among others as a member of the Team for Mobility of the Student Government of the Jagiellonian University, a member of the Students and Graduates Association WISE and in the scientific circles of the Sociology of Law and the Economics of International Business. She is passionate about topics related to socio-economic development, in particular in the area of Sub-Saharan Africa.

Karolina Tulik

Program Coordinator

Human Rights: Active Citizen

She started her adventure with social activism at the age of 10 by volunteering at an animal shelter. She took part in the Model United Nations deliberations. Moreover, she represented Poland at the international Women2Women conference in Boston, USA. She is interested in cycling, sailing, swimming, international politics, human rights, and women's rights in particular. In her spare time, she reads books and solves math problems.

Michał Siemieniec

Development Coordinator

He studied International Business and Law at the University of Economics in Krakow. He was actively involved in various types of student organizations - incl. in the role of the President of KN's Study of European Universum. In addition, he was the Director of the international Cracow Model United Nations conference, bringing together nearly 250 participants from all over the country. He speaks fluent English and communicates German. He also organized meetings and workshops during which he was a soft skills and public speaking trainer. He also completed a Mookhause management course. He is interested in politics, economy, history and music.

Dominika Gansel

Public Relations Coordinator

She gained practical experience during the organization of international conferences focused on international relations. Recently, the team coordinator during the Krakow edition of the simulation of the UN session, organized at the Krakow University of Economics. He is interested in ecology, climate protection and international relations - he specializes in politics and international communication. Her research interests include human rights and, more specifically, the socio-economic situation in Palestine, after Israel started building its "security" wall. He is often involved in charity events and travels a lot.
